Meghan Errico provider relationships manager for Buffalo Chiropractic Acupuncture & Physical Therapy PLLC

Meet Meghan! Our Provider Relationships Manager

As a BCA-PT patient, you may not see Meghan Errico very much, as she’s usually working outside the office... But that doesn’t mean she’s not vital to our patients' success! Read on to learn more about our favorite Provider Relationships Manager.

A Buffalo native, Meghan moved around the country (living in Detroit, Indianapolis, Nashville, back to Detroit and then in Florida for a little while) working in IT consulting before opening her own branch of her employer’s IT consulting company here in the Queen City. After closing the office due to the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, Meghan worked in medical sales and was a natural fit for the people-person Provider Relationships Manager role that opened up here at BCA-PT.

As the Provider Relationships Manager, Meghan spends her time visiting or speaking with medical offices, in an effort to coordinate treatment or prescriptions between BCA-PT and outside offices for a better patient experience and to help maintain continuity of care.

Her favorite parts of the role are the relationships she builds every day. “I like the fact that this is truly helping people,” she says of the role. “The relationships I’m able to foster and watch from day 1 to day 120, just to see how they’ve grown… That makes me super happy.”

(Her not-so-favorite part would be driving 50 miles a day in her gas-guzzler car… But the pros outweigh the cons.)

When asked about what people would be surprised to know about healthcare, she says that the industry is more involved than many people expect it to be. “There’s so many moving parts I never knew existed until I started this role,” she said. “I’ve learned so much in the last 6 months of doing this that I never would have picked up on had I not been in the medical world.”

Outside of work, Meghan enjoys spending time with her family and friends and playing with her dog Allie as much as possible. Her favorite part of Buffalo? “The people and the Bills!” she said. “The people make it truly feel like home. And the food’s always a plus.”
