Bio
Born and raised in Saigon, Vietnam, Thao later moved to Buffalo, New York, where she eventually attended Daemen university and earned her doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2023. Her passion for physical therapy stems from a desire to help people return to the activities they enjoy and achieve their personal goals. . One of her core beliefs is that effective care begins with understanding each patient as a whole person, not just a diagnosis. She values building meaningful relationships with her patients and creating individualized treatment plans that support their unique needs and lifestyles.
Thao is multilingual, speaking both Vietnamese and English fluently, as well as some medical Spanish. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cooking, listening to podcasts, and traveling.
Although she was born and raised in Vietnam, Thao proudly considers herself a Buffalonian thanks to her love of chicken wings and the Buffalo Bills.
